Daniel is amazing! Super quick to respond, very knowledgeable and doesn't up-sale you on things you don't need. We have used many pool companies in our area and Texas Proud Pools is the best!
Just bought a new home with a pool/spa/and water feature. Many problems have come up with the system, however Daniel and his team have been very prompt with a diagnosis, a thorough explanation as to what was going on, and a suggestion of how to fix the situation. The customer service is above and beyond, especially for these days. I would recommend them to anyone.
Daniel is great. He came out the same day I called, gave me a fair quote to replace my filter and got it installed the same day. He did excellent work and did everything he promised to do. Highly recommend him for any pool needs.

Needed a seal changed. Been having problems with current filter. Proud pools diagnosed the problem. And recommended a fix. In a couple days i had a proper filter for my pool. Everything is now working correctly. Problem solved. 5 stars
Daniel did quick and efficient work swapping to a cartridge filter on my pool. He ordered all the parts he needed ahead of time and was able to finish the job in less than a day. Highly recommended!
I needed my spa blower replaced. Daniel answered the phone when I called, was able to give me a quote based on photos, and completed the installation a day earlier than estimated, at the price I was quoted. No problems, no add-ons, and he was the nicest guy ever. 10/10 highly recommend and we will be using Texas Proud Pools in the future.
Called the owner Daniel on Thursday asking him about an advice on my new pump I installed my self and I was having problem with it, I sent him pictures of the pump and the plumbing he walked me through the issue but no luck!!! He called me saying that he's in the neighborhood and he would like to stop by to look at it. when he got to my house he discovered that the problem was electricals not the pump itself. He fixed the the problem and explained every step of the way. My pool started to turn green he added chemicals for a very low price. Daniel is One of the best pool guys that I dealt with and very reasonable price. I recommend his company Texas Proud pool to anyone.
Daniel has been great. He got our pool from green to pretty blue and clear. My husband thought he knew what he was doing however it was too much for him to handle. We called Daniel and he came out and was very knowledgeable, personable and reliable. Couldn’t be happier with our service.

Just wow!! The name says it all Texas Proud!! I've had several companies service my pool but none to the standards this gentlemen presented. Not only did he clean the pool, he educated me on my system. I didn't believe some things he said so I jumped on the computer and searched online what we discussed and bam! Dude was spot on. They say you get what you pay for. Well with these guys you get that good feeling of money well spent, education, and extremely satisfied you got a great bang for your buck. I'm done bouncing from pool companies and glad to of found one I can trust to have a job well done and best of all, willing to educate!!! Im done talking you all can see how happy I am to of have found this company!!👍👍

Daniel with Texas Proud Pools - Quality, Timely, Informative, and Personable. These are attributes of the services provide by Daniel. I had a leak in my line and heater failure. Daniel asked for images of the problem equipment, then we discussed the problems and he gave an estimate for the repairs, The following day he brought the specific repair parts needed to complete the job, resulting in job done with only one trip. He suggested three changes for my pool, two of which I approved. No pressure, just excellent advice to improve the easy and enjoyment of my pool. I highly recommend Daniel and Texas Proud Pools. My main pump had been out for a week while I kept waiting and waiting for another company to give me a quote and time frame of being able to fix the issues. I called Texas Proud Pools on a Friday and Daniel started working immediately. He ran by, took a look and got me a quote within just a couple of hours. The quote ended up being better than the other company that finally sent a quote but couldn't start for 4-5 days, so I asked for a couple of upgrades. After I approved the quote, Daniel ran all over Houston the same day to get the parts needed. He started the next day, a Saturday, which was a day off he was using to prep for vacation. Not only did he get everything repaired he was even able to install the upgrades the same day. Daniel was able to handle all of this while I was out of town for a funeral. He communicated with me the entire time and explained everything in detail. Daniel followed up after his vacation and Thanksgiving to see how things were running. I let him know there was a small issue with the pump not kicking on with the program. He came by with in 15 minutes. It ended up being a switch starting to fail inside the control panel. I'm sure by the time I finish this review, I will have a quote and a time frame for him to repair the switch. Call Daniel at Texas Proud Pools for anything pool related.

Daniel, owner of Texas proud pools is extremely knowledgeable of pool chemistry and equipment. We had 3 pool companies attempt to clear up our pool over a month time . Our pool water continued to be a problem. Within 1 week Daniel had the water crystal clear. His suggestions of new equipment solved our issues. He is honest and fair priced. I highly recommend Texas Proud pools for excellent service.

Daniel slipped me into his very busy day to assess why I had been losing water in my pool for months. My pool service wasn't sure and recommended I buy a new pump at $1,300+. To get a leak detection service out would have cost at least $425! Daniel quickly figured out the problem in the ball valve, fixed it and charged me only $200. It was the best $200 I ever spent. My pool hasn't required any more water. He was a Godsend. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Daniel is one of the good guys, he knows what he's doing and he educates you on how to own a better pool. I called about a pump motor one afternoon, we talked and he was at the house the next morning replacing the motor. Very professional, quick and easy to talk to. Will be using these guys again in the future 👍

Pool pump went out, called Texas Proud the next morning and Daniel came by that afternoon. He gave me a few options and we ended up going with a new pump and filter. Have had Great experiences with TPP. Daniel is very responsive, shows up when he says he will, gives good advice and fair quotes. No add on fees when things didn't go exactly as planned. Couldn't be happier with the work that's been done and the equipment installed.

I can’t say enough about this quick response we received and as a new customer. The problem was accessed and he even went and got the part locally to fix it the same day! He sent pictures and communicated the issue fully before fixing with pictures and pricing. The service fee was also less than some others that I called and they wouldn’t even be out the same day! I will be using them again!

I called Texas proud Pools- on a Monday morning and by Monday afternoon Daniel came over and accessed the problems I had with my pool. Pump was leaking and various other problems primarily due to the age of the equipment. Daniel gave me estimates on replacing and repairing. He was very efficient and courteous. He had the job done by Wednesday. And since Wednesday was my birthday, he cleaned my pool and threw that service in at no charge… Very nice gentleman to work with… Great job! Certainly would recommend him and his company.

Excellent service and work by Daniel. Had issues with our filtration system. Daniel came out same day to look at equipment to see what was needing repair. We ended up getting a new filtration system and a new pool light. Everything was installed the following week in a timely and professional manner. Love the pool light!

I called Texas Proud Pools with a heater that wasn’t working. I tried to schedule a repair visit, but once I told Daniel the issue, he walked me through the error codes over the phone and how to resolve it. Problem fixed. He has a new customer for the next time I need my pool serviced.
I was having an issue with my spa draining once the pump was off. I was not able to get the company I normally use until a week later, so I sent Texas Proud Pools a message via their webpage. Within a couple of hours Daniel called me. Long story short, I sent him some pictures of our equipment and he walked me through how to fix my problem! Even sent me some more pointers via text.
